I.COACH()

People Coached

There are many reasons why I love my profession. Besides working in teams and building exciting tech products and features, I also find joy in helping others learn and grow. In my free time I volunteer coach at codebar.io, and I also run my own javascript teaching program at thegreatsync.com.

I have also mentored and coached over 25 staff members in my current role, and lead the website training & development propgram.

I think your teaching style is super motivating Kyle! You explained everything really well (way better than when I was taught) and your personality makes learning from you so incredibly fun! So thank you

I only attended a couple as it's mostly my team who will be working on the website but the ones I did attend were great- well organised and easy to follow. I know that my team have felt the same and I'm impressed with the work they have already done on the website, putting what they've learned into practice (PAT Training pages) so thank you very much Kyle!

Loved that you went beyond simply trying to help with the project and how clearly you were talking through the code and talking about tech concepts. It was very helpful, and, for me, is something to strive for.

Kyle is honestly a fantastic teacher - If KCLSU paid an external for this training don't think it'd be as good as him
